All shipping within Australia is arranged through Australia Post and is a Flat Rate of $18, we use a Standard Registered Post. Delivery is up to 14 days.

We send our products worldwide. Please contact Maison Dog if you are outside Australia and we can quote you on this service.

Returns & Exchanges

MAISON DOG will accept returns or exchanges by prior arrangement only and items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer and their pets .

We allow 14 days for manufacturing faults where Maison Dog will repair or replace at our expense.

Although we do not accept returns for change of mind, We can except an exchange for a bed where the bed ordered was too small and a larger bed is needed on the condition that no pet has been in the bed. All items returned must have all tags attached and be in original packaging where applicable. All exchanges will be arranged at the buyers expense.
